Diversity Group International Inc. announced the resignation of President Brian Conrad. Mr. Conrad is leaving the company to pursue other interests . Les Eveneshen will assume the duties of President of Diversity Group International Inc. at this time.

You see, this is what I have a problem with. How does anyone know what period of time, specifically, that DGIA has the legal inquiry for?

If it was when Conrad was CEO, well, he left 8/15/07 and on that day the pps closed at .02. Today, it traded between .005 - .01.

So, it seems the pps has declined since he left.

Am I missing something? Again, exactly how does this correlate to anything with SGGC, other than a shared CEO, which by the way, is old news....
