Bingo. When buys outpace sells and the price drops, it is usually because the # of shares is increasing.

No one will know until later on,but over the years,I've also found this to be the case nearly every time.Especially since he's starting up new business and needs to get the cash somewhere.Usually the easiest place is the marketplace.This is the pinksheets,so what's anybody going to do about it?This exact same scenario just played out over on RVGD.The CEO kept saying'no more dilution,while he was actually diluting up the yin-yang because he needed the cash to start up the business.It was a low-float play there also,although no divy screw-up.Who knows which way this will go?
