Hey just so you know, i've done my dd on the place they just purchased. It was listed "for sale by owner" and the furthest south lot which was owned by the same person who owned "brauns Grocery" which is the new revenge building. I called the number for the furthest south lot to see how much it was and if the braun's grocery building would be up for lease anytime soon and the guy said no because it was SOLD. So please get your facts straight!
