the fundamentals for nuclear power are getting better with every passing day due to rising oil, natural gas and coal prices and rising demand for cleaner power production. short-term, the chart is looking good as this recent low is higher than the one back in april. i'd say the entire sector and the pkn chart are due for an upswing and we're starting to see it in the uranium spot price and a couple of the exploration companies (upc.v and urc.v come to mind).
