#1139 RE: Guardian #1138

Looks like any buying will have to be "manufactured buying" unless significant positive news is forthcoming. Theoretically the company's revenue is currently (3rd quarter) growing exponentially if Wu's statements have any validity. That, if true, would certainly create some interest if anyone on the planet but Wu knew it. The unfortunate part of all of this is the continued company silence. Looks like the web page has been updated a bit although the text looks like it is all old news. The product pipeline page is gone as well. Wonder whatever happened to the solar powered cell phone that was hyped? It doesn't even appear as a product on the web page. I see that someone at Nite pulled the price back up to 6 cents by dropping 50 bucks. At the end of last summer Wu trumpeted a MOU that would have Lang Sheng in the fold in 6 months. Not a single indication that has happened and it may not matter anyway given the fact that Sanyo sold its' cell phone and voip business to a competitor. Unless Lang Sheng has the exclusivity of that buying company the sales channel and revenue stream would have taken a huge hit. Again, how would any of us know. Those out there as old as me will remember a TV show called Get Smart (I understand they just made a movie based on it). I think Wu must have been a fan of it too because he has his "cone of silence" which I think must be portable because it travels with him. Very frustrating for everyone. At the AGM a number of items were on the agenda. I understand that the share consolidation was taken off the table but what else happened? I'm actually wondering if any retail investors attended. I suspect not. In many respects this acts like a private company masquerading as a public entity.
