they were going 2 issue 1 million preferred shares w a guaranteed buyback price of $1 per share w/in 24 months

how can they do that now w/out a reverse split?

i really dont think it looks good here

theres no way it can go 2 0.005 w such a high OS

i think they dumped then released news and then dumped some mr, totally wiping out the share price
