That is my point! Right now this IS half ass. Look at what they are having to do to fix things. Patience is the word now? Just think if they would have been patient up front and filed a real IPO and took the time and had the patience to start on a real exchange. Instead of telling us they have enough cash to buy the float, they could have used that money to go public the correct way to begin with.
