What does that even mean? Sounds like that says the Chinese like lower exchanges because their rules conform more their public market? Is that what that means?
If I were to travel to China or do any business in China, I would be expected to follow thier rules and business ethics. If they choose to play here, then they must play by our rules just the same. If you try to do it half ass, then you get half ass results.
