that was 11 months ago. since that time they did get a new TA - Transfer Online - even more gagged than the previous one. Is that the kind of progress that you are hanging your hat on? Or is that just a side light to the idea that a fence and a trailer hitch make the company undervalued at $313K? What is the debt of the company? How many of their PR's over the past 18 months have been direct and blatant violations of securities laws? Do you think they are in a good position as it relates to the Burr & Forman lawsuit? Is bouncing payroll checks a felony?

IMO, Beebe could still keep himself out of prison if he turned on those who have been pulling the strings the past 18 months, but apparently he just can't summon the courage.
