Really? How so? The State of Incorporation and the TA are 2 totally unrelated things. After they moved to NV (which is a more scam friendly State to be incorporated in BTW - but he actually should have researched further and moved to WY maybe?) they still have the same gagged TA, Transfer Online - who is nice enough to be charging more $$ than most investors have left in the company to issue them new certificates. Is Beebe getting a kickback from the TA fees?

Are you just trying to post things that would show you to be totally clueless, to take away any credibility of anything you have ever posted? That would be wise, IMO, rather than to have a poster who is supposedly credible indicate that beyond a shadow of a doubt, the company benefited financially from a NSS position, as you did prior to your edit of post #26297.
