GWDC IR Firm Observation
It was brought to my attention that the IR firm can be paid in stock for 1/2 their fees under section 3 b of their agreement.

I took a look at the filing made May 12, 2008 and it is very hard to read, but indeed they can get 1/2 their monthly pay in shares, the kicker is those shares are issued at half price of the last 10 days trading price.

Appears under this scenario, there is no incentive to have shares at a higher price, the lower the stock price is, the more shares they get. seems counter productive, time will tell
