I'm starting to think the CD holders aren't selling all their shares down here.. just that they shorted it to get in low, and that's whats held this down here, not the selling after conversion.
When they cover, they will be driving up the same stock they converted into.
They could have much loftier prices in mind before letting go of the shares they are accumulating. I wouldn't be surprised if the company had assurances of this plan.
