At this point, the CD holder mite hold off selling untill it runs big....CD holders short the shit out of a stock as soon as the paperwork is signed...in this case, they shorted at .32 all the way down to .013 where they converted, covered what they shorted, and if smart would let it run now to dump the balance at .10 and higher...we will see!
