I can't fault the TA, but I guess I have a different perspective about when to buy. I think that if you believe in the fundamentals, you should buy now and hold long term. A penny here or a penny there isn't going to matter much when the PPS hits .50-.60. Right? If you are flipping, yeah, then I guess you should wait for .015 or .01, because then pennies matter. But then you also risk missing out on these low prices. News could come at any time. Just my opinion.
