Screw Peter. Almost all my investment is gone now on paper and then almost DOUBLES the A/S. That, if used, is alot of DILUTION so we could be stuck in the low trip zeros for a long time. Maybe we don't get much but we can expose another lying CEO crook. I, along with a few others, wrote very nice emails about putting out a clarification on past PRs and the Phantom oops PENDING contracts. I said his credibility is gone until he does. He then comes out with this weak PR mentioning nothing about these contracts. His explanation for this LONG holdup in the New Building was he made some changes to the floor plan. Sounds like another lame excuse to me.

Because I don't have very high hopes of recovering my losses. I am, however, tired of watching pink CEOs escaping responsibility for their actions. So if I don't recover any money, but see someone like Peter in jail, that'll be fine with me. If at least some money is recovered, it'll probably be more than one'd get by just holding the shares, especially given the recent news.

While your reasoning makes perfect sense, it's the reasoning that lets people like Peter run their scams, provided they hide the money received from the scams well enough.

So, if some attorney gets a payday, and even if I and the others don't get much in return, but Peter ends up in jail, and with a record, and without a dime, that's good enough for me.

Anyone invested here has already LOST it all so IF It CRUSHES RVGD, then lets Class Action him and force him out of Business and maybe out of the USA, OUR COUNTRY
