I'm am about 98% sure Nicosan is the real McCoy. It does work from all the research I have been able to do.

As far as phase III trials, I think all of the references to them that pop up every now and then, all originate from the phase III trials started years ago and were abandoned. I doubt there are any current phase III trials in progress. Once the company gets back on it's feet the phase III trials should be a high priority.
