They raised the AS without a vote. What does youse think about a buyout vote???? Why worry no buyout, period. Not coming forward in an 'official' PR, and having an investor find this out, tells it all. Confessing after the fact, 'even politely', don't cut it. It just verifys my opinion that the HEARNANDEZS are a pair of lying, share selling scammers. Each week they will prove my opinion more conclusively. ORLANDO know youse reads this board. Would youse or MRS HERNANDEZ 'politely' put in an 'official' PR, how many boats youse built and sold in 2008. DON'T WANT TO READ WHAT YOUSE MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE DONE IN PREVIOUS YEARS. And definitely don't want to read what youse are going to do. While at the same time have a disclaimer a foot long, denying everything.
