Thanks for your input. It is nice to have some people here that are not part of the angry mob.

No offense to anyone. Look, I am down on my investment like everyone else and yes I get ticked off about it at times but, I do not feel the need to spread negativity on a message board.

Like someone else said it comes down to 2 things.

You either believe in the company and will hold and perhaps buy more or

you do not believe and can sell and move on.

Thats it.

Doubledown(and Peter C.)...this guys firm and business platform would be about the most cost effective advertising.

http://gtmeventmarketing.blogspot.com/

Have this guy replace his kit car GTMS with Revenge GTM's. Let him sell off the ones he has and SELL him two new GTM's at cost.

That way we will more than double our exposure and promo vehicles for next to nothing and no ongoing costs. Our GTMS would be attending a very large number of tradeshows for years on end with FREE promotion.

You gotta love the idea!

BTW - Factory Five has a special offer open for Canadians who want a GTM kit....just recently developed a border friendly version of GTM and has three available able to be exported to Canada, with a special discount available for these first three.

- my computer is not set up for emailing from page links, so why not shoot this guy an email outlining the idea to him, If he's interested he can contact Peter and be our First two sales.

The problem I have with this company isn't that it's so young. I've started a few companies myself (all financed either out of my own pocket, or VC), and I know how rocky the ride can be in the first few years (yes, not months, years). So if that was the case, I'd have no problem with it. My problem is that the company lied through its teeth each time it needed money, and wouldn't even bother with updates to shareholders in other times. It also missed its own deadlines without as mich of a word that it did or why it did so. If this was a private company, it wouldn't have to answer to anyone but the IRS. SInce it chose to go public, its responsibility is to its shareholders, which responsibility it shirked, and went fursther than that with fraudulent PRs.
