What an absolute JOKE !! Kevin Sullivan (executive for CKYS) sent out the following e-mail this morning to the "Shakerzzz" e-mail group trying to pump his own company's stock to Shakerzzz' group. A sad day indeed. Gee, I wonder how many shares the company wants to sell today ? This is the first time I've seen a company executive send an e-mail to one of the many financial "Yahoo Groups." Not to be a downer, but I really doubt there will be much of anything for us to recover. In addition to anything given to the SEC and courts, there is still the $80k judgment against CKYS from another lawsuit, and that would have to be paid before us.
No, as much as I want some money back, I think the best we can hope for is Plant doing serious time and losing most of his assets...
