They are very quiet. I think they know it is another yr before we get a chance to get even on this stock. I pointed out last fall that is was too bad that we were dealing with egos not good management. The Jim Hock problem of going down and visiting IM and getting into it with him was the start. This is when the egos got involved not good business judgement. This when the finger pointing started to try and shift the stock price blame to someone else. It was when IM was going to show you who is in charge. IM wanted them to know he was the one that helped the stock price and they would not appreciate his efforts except to blame him. Then it got nastier. The bottom line in my opinion is this when the company tried to shift the blame to Richard Wahl & IM. They fought back. I personally believe that when IM was convicted and paid his dues he is still working with the SEC. Because of his relationship with the SEC he has been able to get an on going investigation going to tie them up. This is my opinion and I believe because of this it is dead money for a yr. They tell King that the company officers have never sold any shares during the pumping. We will find out soon if this is true. If not then the management has to change and the ths stock price will go almost zero. I hope the management is telling the truth but I question why would they pump the stock and not get any benefit out of it. Jim Hock sold some shares and that was documented and justified due to health issues. I have no problems with that. I just question if management forward sold shares with off shore brokerage accounts. This is my take why we have not been up listed. It should only take a few months. I believe it has been since last Oct when they got the SEC ok. I believe IM threw in the monkey wrench after they were going after him for the blame for the stock price. All sides I feel are at fault unfortunately us shareholders are paying the price and I am not sure we will ever get our maney back. Great business model in a great field with the worst execution I have ever seen. Cannot get earnings out - big problem.

Thanks, Drive123, I see it was good timing to check in here today; unreal. Anyway, I have been extremely pre-occupied with 'other' matters and will be so for at least another week or so however in the mean time...

Conference Call/Management Update -- Part Two

As per my previous post in Re: the update with Klaus Rose and Todd Sinclair - and -- the promised follow-up with at least two additional executive member’s management or senior directors members;

I phoned the Moscow office, explained who I was and asked to speak with Alexander Stepanenko or Mr. Lebedev. Each was expected in that day; one or both within a half our or so, as I was then informed and asked to call back.

Considering the extremely late hour already for me, before I hung up, I asked instead that the first person to show-up if within a 1/2 hour, please call me instead. Understood, no problem, phone number taken and goodbye.

Encouragingly, I then received within less than 10 minutes, a call form Mr. Peter Goerke, from Germany; the NNRF President. We had a meaningful bilateral exchange and introduction and my further explanation of my early discoveries herein, my intent to help provide transparency on current issues of question and my ‘other’ not-so positive life experiences learned within Russia.

He informed me that both Mr. S and Mr. L do not speak English and therefore he would talk with them about my mission query and return my call the following day.

Peter Goerke, did just that....as a matter of fact twice – with full cooperation to my proposal by detailed message. It has been only my strict time and/or availability complications that have prevented me form concluding the follow-up report. I did however return him a lengthy text message of acknowledgement, but am not 100% sure that he received it on his end...but no return message to the contrary, otherwise.

--However, his voice mail and my text reply together acknowledge the bilateral agreement to do the following per my request;

1) They have collectively agreed to provide a translator and participate via Conference Call, including both General director of OOO NUCON-RUS - Alexander Stepanenko and the President, Peter Goerke. Possibly also Mr. Lebedev, at the moment, I’m not sure if he specified him in his voice mail...but nonetheless, if required, then I will be sure to insist if viewed as additionally insightful or beneficial.

TO ALL HERE: Considering the above then, I would like to invite others to participate in this initiative and have the sources needed to facilitate a live voice CC via online mechanism. This would broaden the initial scope of what they agreed to; however the quicker alternative would be then, I ask for a couple of those here appointed by majority and/or by volunteer basis.
Makes no difference to me, who – as long as you have been here and/or contributed here for some time and can conduct yourself in a professional manner.

Therefore, if I se nay interest within 24 hours to join my query with them, here; then we shall collectively do this by way of phone and I shall make contact/give notice with Peter Goerke at least 48 hours ahead of our desired call so as to arrange with the Russian management accordingly.
