Yup, if Turning Mill Consultants is a good, honest reputable company, why would they say you didn't perform, and then withhold the $25,000. final payment due for that reason? The remaining $37,500, you agreed was due on delivery, set up, and the processor working properly.

you mentioned there was still parts to buy, and 30,000 in labor costs to get the processor up and running.

But yet, you were only owed 25,000. at that point. Is this why Turning Mill withheld payment, that you were behind?

You have also mentioned you havent spoken to Aziz in almost a year, that you were dealing with Turning Mill, so why all the Aziz bashing? Amelot was Turning Mill's client, and they were calling the shots.
