As you said, DRGP is a reporting company. If the management is buying or selling shares, Form 4 is required. I have to believe that they would not break any SEC rules by trading and not filing. I don't know many SEC rules/regulations. Is there a limit either shares/dollars which if each trade is under such limit, they don't have to file (for example, trades valued under $1000)?

My gut feeling is that it's not the management, but the shares given as compensation being cashed in, as you mentioned.

I still would like to know if they are not buying, why??? I do have an E-mail sent yesterday afternoon regarding the apparent lack of insider buying at these low prices. I am still waiting for any answers.

ONE MORE POSSIBEL REASON...MAYBE MOST PREVALENT

5. THE ONLY WAY THIS STOCK WILL GO UP IS A REVERSE SPLIT. Due to any number of factors like MM manipulation, or one of the above theories, the only way to get on top of shorters is to reduce the number of shares outstanding and thus minimize the size of the float.

ANSWER: The truth is that all stocks are going to trade on some combination of two factors...these two factors are actual and perceived value. Or as JR says, companies don't trade for what they're worth, they trade at what investors and speculator think the stock will be worth.

As DRGP carries out their business plan (increase it's revenues and profits), the future of the company will become more and more clear to more and more people. At some point, the true value of the company will be reflectected in the share price.

This is why I continue to be optimistic about the future of this company. In the end, the nay-sayers or those singing the potential and praises of the Company will be proved right. I'm so glad DRG has steller revenue growth, sufficient operating capital, and a funtional cash flow model. AND if the trend from the last quarter continues--increasing net income their future is becoming more and more clear.

If they continue in this path, at some point there will no longer be any doubt and nothing will be able to hold them down.

PLUS, in the first quarter conference call, (http://biz.yahoo.com/cc/9/93699.html) management has boldly and agressively stated that it will do all in it's power to see DRG's stock price increase...just check out the excerpts I typed up in a previous IHUB post: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=29420464

Almost enough to get a guy excited!
