Elder...you mention a posibility that isn't discussed here too much. Although the top employee, Brad is only an employee
and is free to call Ray at any time and say "I quit! I am
going to seek other opportunities like all the rest" I would
think it would be a smart move in that he can distance himself
from this scam before the ultimate collapse allowing him to
invent whatever stories he desires and maybe even the SEC
might consider him history. Technically, even Ray can do
that as slavery was abolished years ago. Maybe that is why
he is building that hideaway house in Tucson. In that case,
Destiny would have to step in as Chairman of the Board or
maybe we could beg John Howell to return to the helm of this
sinking ship. Food for speculation.
