Zen,
Can an insider at NUBV legally divest that amount of shares without first disclosing to the SEC ahead of time? I know at my company, you have to file a "Form 4" (or something like that). If is is uncovered that one of the officers of NUBV is selling all these shares at .0001 right after announcing a Buy Back.. isn't that Insider Trading at its worst?

I am new to the pinks and understand the risk.. If you have any good links that could help educate, I would love to read.

I can't help but wonder why the agent(s) that are dumping weren't setting their price at .0002 or 3. They were the practically the only ones selling so why not set the market. It doesn't make sense. People would have paid 2x which is a lot of money when you consider the volume.
