based on analysis of the filings, the company will need to raise the as by a couple of billion to raise the money they need. if they are issuing preferreds to accomplish this here and those guys are selling, as soon as daytraders who are leading the pack here are finished, there will be a lot of bagholders imo. pumpers here talking about .30 based on a billion os are insane. the company is currently generating a little over $2mil and is in amazing debt. $61mil? how are they gonna pay that off AND raise $39mil on $2mil revs? laughable. sounds like some serious share structure reorganization will be needed here to hit much higher levels...can anybody say R/S?

I'd like to see them dump around $1 or so so they can raise the money quicker rather than a penny at a time. LOL!!!! I think they have to take it up if their intent is to finance this with shares.
