Willboat, do not discount the fact that there is going to be a huge amount of rebuilding going on in IA, MO and IL starting almost immediately. Billions of dollars are already set aside to rebuild after the disaster and more is to come. This may not only increase the demand for copper, but also blast the economy out of the current downturn it has been in due to the subprime mess. Should be intersting to watch over the next couple of months.
