Just musing:
If a takeover candidate would ever emerge, 0.20/share might be a great price. But, what if DRG doesn't have control of the shares, and the majority of the A/S sells for a stupid bargain, say for, 0.03 a share. That candidate probably would be wise enough to consider that price first.
This could be an underlying reason for a request for more A/S, other that the fact that they are needed for growth.
Another reason the MM's short and drive the price down, maybe to help a wealthy friend.
But again, as you say, just musing.
This stock is so under valued, I have to muse in this way.
