I have problems with fidelity from time to time. I always call and they square it up. Fid. tells me the pinks are self reporting and therefore un reliable.

there is no change to the co. that i am aware of. 16,900 shares traded today.

That big drop may have triggered a volume/price alert in their system Katy. It usually gets labeled as "unusual trading activity" and to protect their clients, brokerages may place a set period of time where orders have to be called in.

Only way to know for sure, though, is to call/email and ask.
