How did he hand Xechem over to Basu and Swift?
We've discussed what happened to Basu's money, it was spent on things clearly defined when the money came in. The rest was spent doing what it was suppose to do, run the company. Nothing was stolen, it was spent.
When Swift came on the board he started accusing Dr. Pandey of spending money where he shouldn't have and ended up getting Dr. Pandey fired. If he's so concerned about how money is spent, why hasn't he done anything in Nigeria when he's had allegations in his hands since the first letter came in early May. It's been two months and there's nothing being done.
The project (buildings) was on track to be done in Nigeria, until Dr. Pandey was removed. In October it was stopped.
In the last 11 months the new management couldn't fix the problems they felt they were given? Very interesting...
