There are very negative forces working hard at keeping AURC down, The Russians don't PR us cause they are fed up with the constant negativity. Every PR has been shot down the minute it gets posted. Put yourself in their shoes and also incorporate the Russian mentality. Yes I will stay positive and I will fight any way I possibly can, cause if I sell I lose.
