If the company is contacted they WILL NOT give out iformation to the individual investor before it comes out in pr form that the audit and the uplist are complete.

That is about 4 rumors in about 4 posts and I would hope that you have about met your quota for the day. Remember rumors good or bad really have no place or purpose on this investor forum.
