dont think sale of the debenture had
anything to do with rasnick.
MODC Aug 18, 2006 filing:
'On January 24, 2006, we sold these debentures to Shield Investments, Inc. for a purchase price of $500,000 payable in a promissory note bearing 5% annual interest and a term of five years'.
The debenture was sold early 2006, rasnick didn't appear until later that year. MODC/welch sold the $1.5 mil debenture for a $500k promissory note...not cash. The one sentence above from the filing is the only info that I can find regarding the sale. No info other than that regarding the sale of what welch was touting as a major asset?
No contact info for 'Shield Investments'?
No filing as to detailed terms of the promissory note?
drugmanrx, the important thing here is that a $1.5 mil debenture does exist and is secured by the patents.
You stated the lawsuit was about ownership of the patents. I think it would be wise to find out who owns the debenture.
