Medical Strategy is a group around Dr. Fischer. Years ago they published a newsletter "Medical Strategy" delivered by Hornblower-Fischer/Germany. They were my first Neop contact, still before RIGS debacle. Well, seems we germans need more shares. 531,400 should be just the beginning.
