HailMary, a small but important point -

"Notably missing from the report is iAMD64"

They'll have a version of Prescott with it in June, and Nocona will also have it.

That is a don't care since that whole family is being terminated. Of interest is the 64-bit design that goes into the Dothan family - I'm sure it is designed from scratch, using little from Prescott. Remember, Prescott/Nocona seems to have Yamhill hacked to imitate AMD64. Dothan derivatives will be designed from the ground up to efficiently implement AMD64.

That is the item missing from the report but broadly hinted by Gates.
