Tommer, I see you claim to be getting the divy from the PR?
Does that mean you think you are getting "1" share? That is what the PR says.

Could you explain what rule 10b-17 means and how a divy be issued without following securities regulations? Why does this say there is no divy yet?

I know many people who trade for a living and none are involved with institutions. A few that just trade pennies. I have traded on and off for the past 16 years with trading being my sole source of income at times. I do own a few business's now but stll trade a lot. I look at it as another source of income not "fun" although I admit the story here at times has been quite interesting and diving is a huge Interest to me.
