The shares he is recognizing are electronic entries. Those physical certs that managed to get into the electronic system have been accounted for. Any others are not a threat. Anyways, I doubt that the DTC would suggest this course of action only to tell TM after the fact that is is illegal. Your not making any sense to me.

I stand pat with my analysis.... it is not legal for the SEC or the DTCC to allow known counterfeits to trade.

Paper or electronic IOU's that may never be delivered?
