This opens the door for a shareholder lawsuit. If any of the shareholders have any cahones whatsoever, they will sue the company immediately. They will win.

Do they have a CFO---Present Value vs Future Returns?? Value
of Money today..Hellllooooo??

Your right how could they possibly put that statement out with
the stock trading at .0002 and no volume to speak of...If an investor REALLY wanted the company wouldn't they be buying shares on the open market at todays prices?

I really just check in now for the pure comedy of it all..
