#145764 RE: OIF2006 #145763

Good morning Shawn,

Honestly? You'd be best if you did your own due diligence for Eternal Image.. :-)
But here's a brief rundown of accomplishments up to this point in time. Remember that Eternal Image is still a new company going through growing pains. Many people have the pinksheet penny mindset and try to only focus on the struggles instead of the growing, on the mistakes instead of the feats.. soooo.. like I said, it really would be better for you to do your own DD.
If you go to the Eternalimage.net website, you can see all the news from 2006 up. If you go to pinksheets.com, you can find the filings.
But here's a rundown from a post I wrote about one month ago. Oh, and we are waiting for the uplisting. I don't know how many more Q&A's will happen between the SEC and EI, but that's a common event, and probably very UNcommon for it not to happen..
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The Vatican signed a licensing agreement with Eternal Image.
Major League Baseball signed a licensing agreement with Eternal Image.
Precious Moments signed a licensing agreement with Eternal Image.
The AKC signed a licensing agreement with Eternal Image.
The CFA signed a licensing agreement with Eternal Image.
Star Trek signed a licensing agreement with Eternal Image.
Eternal Image Enters College & University Market Through Agreement with Collegiate Licensing Company.
Stay tuned for more licensing agreements too!
WOW! I didn't believe it, and now I checked it out just like you suggested.. Real sports team, real pets, real religion, real TV movies/shows, real colleges... Lotsa real stuff from what I can see!
Let's see what else..
Remeire is making 2 Vatican urns for worldwide sales. He's our European partner by the way...darn slow, but still our partner! The good thing there is, it won't cost us one cent, but we share the profits.. how good is that? Well, once Remeire gets those urns designed..
Let's see..Eternal Image has been seen on TV on CNBC, CBS (twice!), Fox Business Live (twice!), Comcast SportsNet, nationally syndicated, National Public Radio show, “All Things Considered”, ''The Early Show'' on CBS, and ESPN's ''Outside the Lines'' too.
Eternal Image has been read about in Readers Digest, New York Times, Funeral Business Advisor Magazine, The Philadelphia Inquirer, Chicago Sun Times, and newspapers from literally around the world.
Distributors:
-Knauers Wilbert Vault Inc. of Joliet, Illinois and expanded to include entire state of Missouri, including the major metropolitan areas of St. Louis and Kansas City
-Southside Grave & Vault, of Virginia
-PBF Manufacturing Company, Inc of Phoenix, Arizona
-Blue Water Burial in Michigan
-Specialty Caskets and Urns of Indiana
-P&J Cooper Supply Company - metropolitan New York area (including the 5-boroughs of New York City), Long Island, New Jersey, metro-Philadelphia, Delaware and the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Again expanded so the agreement now includes nearly all of New York State and Pennsylvania (except for the counties bordering eastern Ohio which are covered by another resource) and all of Maryland.
-Turner Vault Company based in Northwood, Ohio
-Empire Funeral Supply based in Coral Springs, Florida and to incorporate the state of Georgia, including the major metropolitan areas of Atlanta, Savannah and Columbus
-Ohio Vault Works, Inc. based in Valley View, Ohio (a suburb of Cleveland.)
-Monarch Resources of Arlington, Texas to manage distribution of its products in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and Kansas.
-Christy Vault Company based in Colma, California (in the San Francisco Bay area.)
-DL Provider, LLC in Sioux City, Iowa. The company will distribute the complete Eternal Image line of licensed image products throughout Iowa and Nebraska
-Covington International Funeral Supply, of Waterloo, Indiana
Eternal Image Completes Form ''SB2'' and Submits it to the SEC.. Oh lordy.. don't tell me the SEC is in on this 'scam' too!
What we have is a new company, just two years old.. It's having growing pains, big deal. Some of us are patient and can handle the wait till we hear news about sales and the uplisting. Why? Because we can see beyond the day to day drama. Because we can see the path that EI is taking by being the 'new kid on the block' with the innovative niche in what was a very boring industry.
We're drifting down, which is understandable. We haven't had news lately, though we're supposedly getting an update next week. We're waiting for the uplisting, which should bring some new investors.
Sure, there are some who are tired of waiting, and some who need money for other ventures. Some can't have their money tied up for this length of time. Most penny stocks are bought and sold within days or weeks. A very few are worth holding in my opinion, and again in my opinion, Eternal Image is one of them. If some want to flip.. hey.. that's their choice too. We all have and/or had choices. It's not like it came out with some outlandish PR about a multi million $ contract or something for a 'P&D' as was stated. It's not like it has to be a 17 bagger to reach what it was just 2-3 months ago. EI is being quiet right now. How anyone can call that a P&D.. I just don't see it.. Even the big board stocks drift down without news. Some may try to say that it's ONLY Eternal Image, but amazingly........ it's almost ALL companies, no matter what exchange they're on.
The "investors" that I've seen post here seem pretty darn smart! The traders who were looking for that quick turnover, for the fast 10%-20%.. well, they aren't investors in my opinion, and that includes folks that previously sold.
Most of the investors don't post.. their choice!
Well, 'all anyone has to do is read the PR's and the writing is on the wall' Correctomundo!!
Anyone can see our company forming.. piece by piece, even if the road is rocky on occasion, just like with ANY startup company.
