There is another reason for low price today - there seems to be a MISTAKE in today's PR. Read it - it says a share price of 0.19 - 0.23 CENTS!!!!!!!!! That is not 19 - 23 CENTS but it is about 20% of one penny according to the English language and simple arithmatic. Same error (?) with the divy.

BUT BEFORE YOU ALL PANIC - it is in conflict with the previous PR that clearly says 20 CENTS per share! Secondly, I heard that BIHC paid about $3 million for this subsidiary a few months ago and if the OS is 87 million then they would get only like $165,000 if they sold it for $0.0019 (0.19 cents) and that makes no sense. So I think the lawyers maybe posted a PR with an error in case the deal falls apart to limit liability or it is just an error or they put out a looney PR so they could buy more shares themselves.

I am HOLDING of course.... I THINK THIS IS GREAT AND I EXPECT 19 TO 23 CENTS ON BUYOUT AND A 9 CENT DIVY (my opinion only).... I did not post this during trading hours because the Yahoo Board is on top of this and they are waiting for a reply from BIHC and it would make the problem worse (a panic) which I did not want to start plus I did not hve access to a computer where I can post anything. I will now go read the new posts to see if anyone else found this mistake later today?

I bet they just ignore the error and go forward - hopefully by closing the deal before market opens tomorrow I only hope.
