I believe in the report the government said the most that was ever in the company account was 270K.

When the time comes for the civil trials, the company had a market cap in the $20 million range. It's purely a math exercise.

Things have to go in order from now on. Criminal first, the SEC trial second, and then shareholders, vendors, etc. last. The company who spent the money to press their $80K claim against the company probably threw that cash away. I'm guesing the company has a remote chance of surviving the criminal and SEC civil trials. Remember, the company is on trial in the civil case, not just Plant.

The vendors who didn't get paid have no claim on executives and directors. We shareholders do. If these people aren't party to either federal trials, they'll still have assets to be considered for the eventual shareholder trial.

I don't know where we're going to find an attorney to take on the case. But if the economy gets much worse, we should find a few unemployed attorneys here and there to work on the come.
