If we see the FedFunds MrktOpns at this Low Level on Monday, June30, we can expect more Dn to continue. If the Fed gets uncomfortable and adds to system = NetGains, it would help this very oversold market. This week Funds were cut from $133.25 Billion to $117.25 Billion, a large cut of $16B, enough draining to exacerbate queasy markets, and strongly cause actions like I list above."
