Juanly I do agree, and here I post again this message, it has everything to do with today!

I think it was called the "Old Salty Dog" and changed to another, SNAPPERHEADS it is located on 30A we drove by it when we were down there, the guy at the Red Bar where we had lunch at said that place had allot of history with John H Beebe, He said that he worked there at one point, it is like the unwanted step child in the community he said, nobody wants to talk about it. Had all the drama he said, Among other things, He said Beebe trashed the place in a tantrum one night while it was open and full of people. Said it closed down shortly after that. Another Beebe success story? AND THIS IS THE SAME JOHN H BEEBE AS IN PRGL
30-a restarunt group same address that company as John H Beebe gives for a past PHGI address and the owners are his wife and board member Frank Claycomb, Yes one in the same.

Footnote, this post is talking about the past business of the CEO of this company. Just like the past history of his so-called success with Global Etelcom. Both sides should be allowed to be presented IMO.

Global E-Telecom was co-founded by John H Beebe and Michael Varley. During their run in charge it had it's share of shady dealings. Do your own DD on it. If you need a kick start, Google, "Rockwell Holdings" "Global eTelecom" and bank fraud. I think the first hit should get you started. If you would like to dive deeper than that, check out the principles of "Future Fire Technologies" out of Nevada, of which Global eTelecom initiated an equity position in. Check the other activities those principles were engaged in at those addresses and phone numbers and let us know what you find out.

As for what Global eTelecom was sold for, it was ~$8.5 million dollars. I do not know what % John and Michael got, but I do know that various investors from Destin Bankcorp (bought out by Whitney Holdings) did get their %'s. I do not know if John H Beebe was fiduciarily responsible with the $$$'s he realized from the GETI sale or not, but some other radio deals he was involved in, (WWON in Tennessee for example) did not prove fruitful. The restaurant owned by John H Beebe, via 30-A Restaurant Group, also appeared to have been a financial negative (been closed for ~20 months with a $2.4 million note on it, seems to be cash flow negative, maybe?

I'm trying to remember what your point was again about Global eTelecom? Was it because it existed that therefore Perihelion Global is not a scam by a man personally desperate for money? Who would resort to committing Securites Fraud to get it from other people? Was that your point for bringing up GETI?
