Well I have heard that... Once one puts themselves into a position of being a repeat offender. They are often watched closer then when they might have just been a lousy 2 bit traffic criminal. There were a couple of serious offenders on that board. Know what I mean?????? BWAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAH!!!
