To what advantage would BGGR announce ISBL shareholders would get shares of BGGR if not true. BGGR is not trading at this time they would not have to say anything concerning BGGR or ISBL. It would be different if BGGR were trading at this time, but they are not. I still expect something out of all this mess for sure, ISBL will become BGGR or ISBL will have a new name, should be interesting. This is my opinion only, wait and see.
