Has there ever been any kind of definitive date given by Addax as to when the refit initially was supposed to be completed besides sometime in 2008 ?

Always the possibility that the owners are being subsidised by Big oil to help the delays. Anything is possible. If they could be accused of doing all the things posted here, that is certainly possible.

I sure hope not.
