No you didn't hear anyone say they need more money than stated in the SB-2 form. What you may have heard is someone's OPINION stating that THEY THOUGHT that the company needed more money. Or you might have heard someone say THEY THOUGHT that the company was bankrupt and had sold nothing, again these are just the OPINIONS of the people posting them.
You post up the sb-2 all the time and basically refer to it to cover almost any situation so why would you not believe the numbers that are posted there?
