that is the most heinous butchering of a company one can imagine. Way to go Dean-o, give yourself a raise!!!!!

It's their 2005 Stock Incentive Plan. Not exactly new, although timing may be interesting.

The "depressing" text is cut-and-paste legaleze, cut and pasted repeatedly about 10 times over. It reads the same for many prospecta (i??). What is specific to ONEV is the "ongoing concern" and the "high-risk"......but that is not new.

Granted it does read like my last will and testament, or my insurance policies, death and dismemberment clauses included, but I intend no overt or covert meaning behind those comparators. I only mean that they must cover all their depressing and standard legal bases.

Now if I had the job of drawing up such legal documents, over and over again, then I truly would be depressed. In fact, you could just take me out behind the barn and shoot me.......no response required.

No wonder lawyers bill by the minute. Who would do that job??
