thrush was in recievorship 6 years ago when ayers went under.bays and hughes bought it 5 years ago for pennys on the dollar..as you can imagine the first few years were slow in sales .larry bays is a hard worker and has grew thrus to a profitable entity now and growing.but from a history of revenue standpoint there increases to that level hav only just happened so from a financed point of veiw thew have limited profitable operating history.
