It could also be that as PVD/IAHL did not obtain financing by the "supposed deadline" of 5/31/2008, then the contract is null and void. Thrush would have no liability towards the contract. We can spin this thing like a Democrat, but PVD should give us the facts, now, so we can make our own personal decisions.

Someone who has worked his whole life to build his private company isn't going to let some penny stock crook steal his company because of some wording in a contract. They did their DD and don't want any part of IAHL.
Shame on anyone that is holding out for that possibility.
