I bought a current status report for $10. The report indicated that the current status of DMTN is void and that the company registration was voided on 3/1/2007. For an additional ten bucks I could have obtained additional current information such as most recent franchise/tax return filed, current taxes owed, reason for void status and so forth. DMTN is not in default. Void is terminal. Even if void were somehow not terminal, I believe that re-registration to sell securities would be required. I am cheap.
